Meadow Barn holiday cottage is a stone built single story, detached barn conversion for two adults. With open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Plus a useful utility room. Outside there is private parking and the garden overlooks fields and lovely views of Wensleydale.

    
         
         
         
             
        Contents of Meadow Barn    
     

Kitchen: Fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, glassware, cooking pans and utensils. Tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid are all supplied.

    
     

Utility: Laundry facilities include a washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board. A sink for hand washing and a place to hang up coats. A rotary clothes line is situated in the garden and pegs are supplied.

    
   

 

Sitting Room: Sky colour TV, DVD player, and CD/radio. There is a mobile phone for guests use. Books, games, puzzles, maps and guides with plenty of information about the area. Wood burning stove.

    
     

Bedroom: King size double bed, large wardrobe with drawers and dressing table. Duvet and cover, pillows and pillowcases are provided and will be made up for your arrival. Extra blankets are available.

    
     

En-suite Bathroom: A thermostatic shower is over an extra wide bath. Electric heated towel rail. Hand and Bath towels are provided per person. Complimentary toiletries.

    
     

Heating: The cottage has under floor heating from an oil fired combination boiler that also gives an instant hot water supply. All electric and heating are included in rental price. Logs and kindling will be provided to fuel the Wood Burning Stove in the sitting room.

Other Information

          
   

Shopping: The market Town of Leyburn is only a mile away and has a Co-op supermarket and Campbell's Grocery Store. There is a butcher, bakers, chemist and petrol station as well as speciality shops.

    
   

Eating Places: You will find plenty of places to eat in Leyburn and the surrounding dales. Tearooms selling light lunches and snacks, pub food, take-away and wonderful restaurants. Something to suite all tastes.

   
   

Arrival and Departure:

          
   

Meadow Barn will be ready for you anytime after 4pm on the start date of your holiday and we shall be there to greet you. On the day of departure, guests should vacate the property by 10am, at the latest.

    
   

Sorry NO PETS are allowed, either in the cottage or grounds

    
   

Meadow Barn is located within a farm, therefore the surroundings fields will sometimes contain livestock.
