Meadow Barn provides comfortable accommodation for two adults. The open plan living area is modern yet still provides a cosy atmosphere with character.
Sitting Room: Comfy sofa and chair, rocking chair and foot stool. Coffee tables. Sky colour TV, DVD player, CD/Radio. Mobile phone. Books, games, puzzles, maps and guides with plenty of information about the area. Wood Burning Stove with a supply of logs and kindling. The lighting comprises of table and reading lamps, wall lights and ceiling spotlights on dimmer switches to control the required ambient lighting and atmosphere.
Underfloor heating throughout the cottage.
Kitchen: Well equipped with fan assisted electric oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, glassware, cooking pans and utensils including a food processor and blender. Tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid are all supplied.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk.
A few basic storecupboard items such as salt, pepper, ketchup, gravy browing and dried herbs.
Utility: Laundry facilities include a washing
machine/dryer, iron and ironing board. A sink for hand washing and a place to hang up coats. A rotary clothes line is situated in the garden and pegs and laundry basket are supplied.
A combi oil boiler controls the underfloor heating throughout the cottage and also gives instant hot water.
