Information about the Cottage
Meadow Barn holiday cottage is a stone built, single story, detached barn conversion for two adults. The open plan layout of the cottage consists of Kitchen, Dining and Sitting Room. The Bedroom has an En-Suite Bathroom. The useful Utility Room houses an oil fired combination boiler which provides underfloor heating throughout the cottage and gives an instant hot water supply. All electric and heating are included in the rental price. Outside there is private parking. The garden, with patio furniture, overlooks fields and lovely views of Wensleydale.
We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
Arrival and Departure: Meadow Barn will be ready for you anytime after 4pm on the start date of your holiday and we shall be there to greet you. On the day of departure, guests should vacate the property by 10am. Meadow Barn is located within a farm, therefore the surrounding fields will sometimes contain livestock. Please drive slowly, thank you.
Other Information
Shopping: The market town of Leyburn is only a mile away and has a Co-op supermarket and Campbell's Grocery Store. There is a Butcher, Baker, Chemist and Petrol Station as well as a number of speciality shops.
Eating Places: You will find plenty of places to eat in Leyburn and the surrounding Dales. Tearooms selling light lunches and snacks, pub food, take-away and wonderful restaurants. Something to suit all tastes.
